Triple Action of Strepsils Extra for extra painful sore throat. It contains anesthetic Hexylresorcinol 2.4mg, which numbs throat pain, as well as fights throat infection thanks to it antiseptic properties Strepsils Extra improves throat soreness, difficulty in swallowing and swelling of throat, providing fast relief thanks to a rapid onset of action evident as early as 1-5 minutes, lasting for up to 2 hours. Available in blackcurrant flavor.

Ingredients

Each lozenge contains Hexylresorcinol 2.4 mg.Also contains: sucrose, glucose syrup, levomenthol, blackcurrant flavour (containing propyleneglycol), carmoisine edicol (E122), patent blue V (E131). Each lozenge contains 1.1g of glucose, 1.4g of sucrose.

Usage Information

Children over 6 years old and Adults: dissolve one lozenge slowly in the mouth every 2 to 3 hours, or as directed by the physician. For oral administration. To be dissolved slowly in the mouth. No more than 12 lozenges per 24 hours. Not suitable for children below 6 years old. Contraindications: hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Patients with rare hereditary problems of fructose intolerance, glucose-galactose malabsorption or sucrose-isomaltose insufficiency should not take this product. If symptoms persist, have not improved, or have worsened after 3 days, consult a doctor or health care professional.
